Faszination Papier - klebstofffreie Bindungen
In diesem Kurs lernen Sie eine Vielzahl klebstofffreier Bindungen kennen – einfache Heftchen, die aus einem Bogen gefaltet sind, Lagen, die durch dekorative Heftungen mit dem Umschlag verbunden werden, bis hin zu komplexeren Steckverbindungen.
Es ist faszinierend, wie Technik und Gestaltung miteinander verbunden werden können.
Mit einfachen Mitteln (rillen, schneiden, falzen, schlitzen, lochen) lassen sich ungewöhnliche Buchformen schaffen, die ohne Maschinen und Trocknungszeiten herzustellen sind.
Darüber hinaus haben diese Einbände ein optimales Öffnungsverhalten, welches für Skizzen-, Einschreibebücher und Fotoalben von großem Nutzen ist.
Unterstützt werden die Techniken durch Faltungen aus der Welt des Origami und der Tesselationen.
Außerdem werden wir klebstoffreie Schuber herstellen.
Wir werden gemeinsam Muster erstellen und es wird auch Zeit geben Modelle zur Vertiefung der Techniken zu wiederholen und individuell zu gestalten.
Bringen Sie gerne eigene Materialien mit, wie beispielsweise Briefumschläge, Papiertüten/Tragetaschen aus Papier, Geschenkpapier, Karton und ähnliches.

Books and boxes with magnetic closures
In this course we will learn about the mysterious and fascinating power of magnets and learn how to use them as fasteners in hard cover bindings, brochures and boxes. The instructor will introduce the exciting combination of non-adhesive binding and magnetic fasteners developed for the “bel libro 2009” binding. In this technique, the signatures are connected to the case only through the use of wires. We will learn how to work with Neodymium magnets and magnetic foil in ways such that they are concealed within the binding, and also in ways where they become a visible part of the binding. Individual ideas may also be developed during this course.
